Just a clarification.

I'd just like to know which of the following is right as they contradict each other.

Multiple accounts is not against the rules unless one of the accounts is banned or they are used to self-vouch.

Users will be banned permanently for the following:
- Multiple Accounts: a user is allowed to have 1 account and 1 account only on Sythe.org

If it is indeed Sin that is right then I suppose this rule would need an update as it is currently misleading.
