Jurradiction Dispute

As stated above in the rules plagiarism is a 1-month ban, but it seems that Jurradiction is permanently banned. He has not committed said offence more than one times, so there is no reason for him to be permanently banned.

Also, why do you get banned from Sythe when the UE Forum Rules state that plagiarism/ripping warrants a UE Forum Ban. What is the point of the Forum Ban if you get banned from Sythe?

As stated by Finn, it is clearly shown that the punishment for ripping will warrant a Forum Ban from the User Education Section as a request from Sythe.

Therefore, I'm challenging the ban upon Jurradiction and asking the Staff to reconsider this ban and/or revise the rules to include the ban from Sythe altogether. One way or another it is not clearly stated, so I suggest a clause may be added to the rules if you are given a double punishment for said offence.

He is not perm banned. He is temp banned for a month. Plagiarism results in a forum ban from the forum you plagiarized in and a one month ban.

The UE rules were updated as it used to be a perm ban if you plagiarized. Sythe wanted that changed, so Finn changed that in that thread and the one month ban may have been added later or he just forgot to put it.

Either way. Denied.

 

If that is the rule then why is it not clearly stated in the rules that plagiarism results in a 1 month ban from the website and a forum ban from the forum you plagiarised in?

Nowhere is that stated in the rules.

• Plagiarism: plagiarism (including the ripping of GFX and RS/User Ed Guides) results in a forumban from the pertinent forum as well as a one month ban the first time it happens.
