Junk Creation - Fastest way to make it?

Question is in the title.
Take these into account:

High skills, and level 3 combat.
I need to make 100m junk, not bothered about time.

 

well id rather fletch or wc or obviously hunter

and i also got about 20m oak logs and sold on sythe for alot of $

 

How long did it take to get 20m worth of oaks?

 

Wc if your not worried about time, herblore can make fast junk as well, but you do need to invest or know where to get the ingredients. And 20M in oaks would take a LONG time. Maple longs as well, if your willing to put in the hours or boredom, or have a bot.

Maples are some of the slowest GP and XP in the game -.-
I used to buy Yak Hides on some island, I made about 400k junk/hour as I recall...
EDIT: Shops are nerfed now, but I just remembered a 4M/hour junk method. PM me and we can talk...

 

I cut willows and then fletched them in willow longs (u). I got 99 wcing as well as 99 fletching. Made about 60m but the longs were much more than they currently are. Took about 2 months, botted both skills

 

I remember when willows were 30GP+ a few years ago, too bad I didn't know about bots
