I ran the IP of that Skype because it has a . at the end whereas Cat's real skype is roflman779

Seems there was a secondary user involved that was pretending to be both you and him. He had Cat PM you by pretending to be you by using a similar Skype.

Sorry for your loss man. I'm going to shoot Cat a PM saying that he'll need to be much more careful because if another situation like this arises, he'll be TWC'd or banned.
