Awesome. End goal is to have a small hotel or a nicer restaurant. Probably in jaco or Manuel Antonio, I really like those areas. And grave at least bought a house, it's a down market atm so good time. I just wouldn't have paid all cash with interest rates being so cheap.

Manuel Antonio would be better imo... Not only is there beach but mountain as well with the national park right there. I've never gone there and not seen the place packed with tourists no matter what time of the year. Jaco, the beach honestly sucks, and nowadays it's become quite shitty honestly. Used to be a nice place but now drugs and prostitution rule that place, it's a shame really.
