Which rental TOS is described here? I never agreed to any TOS. Just asked a skype contact if he had a max main to rent and he said sure.

Hi @Meteor and thank you for your patience. I won't be forwarding you any pictures of any transaction until my TWC is removed or another staff member (admin) requests it as well.

If you believe because of a private report that I have broken any rules, you can pm me and request it be sorted out before I do any more transactions. That is within your rights.

You do not have the right to give me a TWC after I have broken no rules and you have ZERO FUCKING EVIDENCE that I have. Since when is RWT against Sythe rules? Is sharing an account against Sythe rules? When the fuck did I miss this.

As I said thank you for your patience, I completely understand why you issued a TWC against me after being forwarded a sound clip of me account sharing and selling gold. I am so grateful for the astonishingly sound decisions made by this wonderful staff team. Thank you for your patience.

 

That's fine - after some discussion with an admin, the TWC will remain anyways. In this instance, we believe that acceptance of certain terms was implied when renting the account - no renter would willingly allow someone to bot, RWT, etc. on one of their accounts and it is extremely poor practice to think that not explicitly accepting a TOS indicating so gives you the right to do any of this. The fact that you also shared the rental account with a banned user who has openly bragged about being responsible for numerous other recent rental bans does not help your case either.
