He gave me the account back and it is banned.

This is what i shows me and if i click on evidence it shows that grey box.

 

I'm assuming that the account was already banned when you got it back, is this correct? Could you post the part of the Skype conversation where he returns the account to you?

 

Yes it says it got banned after he gave it. i didnt had a chance to log in.

Can you gyzao record yourself trying to log onto the Acc? I wanna see the disabled message, and i need to see proof that the email youre using to login is the exact one he gave you. Sorry @Meteor

EDIT: After talking with Basbassibas and consulting with another staff member, the decision is that Bas will not be required to refund you.
