Josedarkhb scam 45m OSRS

Explanation of the trade: I had to complete 60 accounts, 5m each account completed. I had to complete some quests we agreed on, on sythe. I cmopleted 9 accounts and got paid accordingly. I then completed 9 accounts and it has now taken him 4 days to pay me. He gave me permission to bot the quests on them, even though I chose not to. I sent him pictures of me not botting randomly/whenever he asked. I did not bot, even though he gave me permission to.
He used twitch prime x4 on each account, and has sold many tiwtch prime users, presumably from his 1 IP.
He won't pay me for the 9 accounts, because he believes that I have botted, which I have not but even if I did I had his permission (can link pic if nesseccary). I believe he got banned because people report characters with names such as "n0rm4ln4me" and all of his log in emails were @gg.gg with same password...

How they scammed: He won't pay me for the 9 accounts I completed for him. Total: 45m

he had to give me 8 accounts with some quest done, 5 of the 8 accounts are banned

Is jagex gonna ban players for the Membership referral twitch prime promotion abuse? : runescape

 

@darkhb You'll need to pay for the accounts since you didn't have any qualms with botting so either way it'd make you responsible for the result. If you still refuse to pay you'll be banned. Thanks.

Sorry, I do not plan to pay for the banned accounts, since he told me that he would have a good result since he used premium scripts, I do not have problems with being banned, having a good day. Thank you.
