JopuHYPE Pardon

I'm currently banned for ban evading. I didn't necessarily ban evade on purpose, just sort of forgot about my old account overtime and created a new one.

My old account 'Jacob San' was banned for in-game Runescape scamming, which although is obviously still wrong, it's not Sythe related. (I scammed someone on hot/cold about 2 years ago and he found me on Sythe).

As you can see by searching my new account 'JopuHYPE' i've come back a different person, I'm building my vouches up and i've grown up a lot over the past few years.

I have a vouch for selling a Runescape account, which to this day still belongs to the buyer. If I still believed in my old scamming ways don't you think I would have recovered that account by now.

If I was banned originally for scamming someone directly through Sythe, I would completely understand, but who hasn't scammed someone in-game Runescape before, it doesn't make you a bad person.
