Jolly Candy/V2 2 Scammer

Here's the gist: Jolly Candy sold me "Glaceon" and a few days later I find out he recovered it, and is trying to sell it on his other account "V2 2".
The Proof of scam:
Us coming to an agreement for me to buy "Diglett" and "Glaceon"

Him vouching after it was complete:
Note: I bought Glaceon on an account, and Diglett was transferred to a level 3.
Which is why Glaceon was able to be recovered.

Then recently one of my customers told me some guy was trying to sell Glaceon when she knew I owned it. I checked and I was unable to log into the account, Here's a pic she sent me:


I did not sell Glaceon to him. I bought Glaceon from Jolly Candy, and suddenly V2 2 has it? He even went on a middleman with his own account with a trade he was in:
