I've did a little research on this guy after Simon_le_pret reported him for scamming. Simon_le_pret did not have/provide enough information so Johnny2324 was not banned. Another reason is that Johnny2324 keeps making a new thread on LoL forum section about his account which he scams with and that's very shady. Johnny2324 is a long time evader. Here are my proof:
Profile: http://www.sythe.org/members/348704-johnny2324.html
Thread providing his SKYPE (MarioCSGO) : http://www.sythe.org/lol-accounts/1647030-wts-plat-1-na-account.html
Banned account: http://www.sythe.org/members/360247-nysellers.html
Old banned account: http://www.sythe.org/members/290243-cloud-xx.html
How are these two link?

This is enough proof to ban this loser. I can provide more proof but he needs to be ban right away because he's currently active and scamming people on League of Legends section.
I've just did a little more research and this guy seriously just sell hacked accounts to live off his lousy life.
Other Active Account: http://www.sythe.org/members/370527-pfitter.html
How is this account related? I've spoke with him on Skype and asked him for his Paypal address so I can send money if I was interested on his account. He said to send it to "[email protected]"

I've Google it and came up with this thread.
HE POST HIS EMAIL LINKING THE ACCOUNT TO IT

That should be enough prove to ban both accounts.
I'm also going to list his contact information in case people search for it:

I would do more research but I ain't no cyber police. I was just bored and now I have stuff to do. You should consider banning all accounts related to all IP addresses since he's making a lot of account to sell hack accounts.
