Which violation you are reporting the user for: Misleading Title / Lying
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: In his title for advertising his PVM Services, he advertises “ Best Prices “ indicating he has the best prices, price can’t be beat etc etc which is misleading.

As you can see here for example his Gauntlet prices are 3.5m/kc which is hardly the best price considering other servers are around 2m - 2.7m per kc.
This could be borderline extortion.
