I will be turning 16 here in less then 2 months and thats when I can get a full time job. I know there are restrictions to things I can do for jobs being 16 so keep that in mind. People assume at 16 all you can do is work as a bagger in a grociery store or working with food but I know there has to be other places I could work other then this. Places people don't really think of. So any suggestions?

Keep in mind I do not want to work as a bagger or in food. Im sure since I live somewear else as you they might not have the same places here.

Sorry don't mean to double post but kinda falling behind. need some suggestions. good night!

Well that depends on where you live if its in america you pretty much have the same place to work as me and I can help alot easier but if you live in euro country it might be alittle bit harder but still I can try to help right after I get done driving with my instructor.

I live in Arizona, USA.

telemarketer. i started in telemarketing when i just turned 15. here in Canada they started me off with $8/hr and they usually give you a few hrs per night. very easy job, just very stressful.

Why drop out of high school?

i suggest you get a part time job at like a local bar/pizza place(places that are cool and like ya,they pay more than minimum wage)

best buy(they always hiring)

white castle(most paid fast food restraunt pays like 9 bucks per hour to start!!!!!!!!!!!)

any fast food basically

pizza places like pizza hut

at the mall

You can't work past 9 pm on school nights when 15, and you also can't have more then 30 hours a week, unless you obtain a working permit...

I persuade you to just work in the community, work for a few elderly neighbors who can't cut their own grass and stuff. You won't have to waste a lot of time and the money is untaxed.

Get anything you can. If you have a choice of jobs, go for the one which can give you the most CV-padding skills (Outdoor delivery work is awesome for this, as a driver's mate etc.)

Outdoor delivery work sucks, your stuck in an nasty truck with some dude that is getting paid twice as much as you and your only there to be his cheap labor so he doesn't fall asleep behind the wheel. Thats how it works for all big delivery companies. In America you usually get around 8-10 dollars a hour for a lot of lifting.

For the Country it is 6, but some local districts don't let students work past 6, but if you wanted to you may work till 9.

and if you drive those companie trucks you need a special license too unless its regular pick-up truck

p.s. tell you the truth it is not hard at all to get a job when yoru 16

ask your friends where they work and work where they work simple as that

Yes, you do, but for a student who won't be able to be a full time driver, it sucks to be on the side doing all the lifting. If your going to do a lot of lifting you should doing stocking for a grocery store of work for a warehouse will most will start you at over 11 dollars and hour.
