Thinking about coming back...

Runescape or RS2007? Can't decide which I'd rather play.

If you already have a high level RS3 account, there's a lot more content on there. If you don't, basically everyone else on the game is maxed out, and you have to catch up with them. If you are starting from scratch, you won't be so far behind everyone else on 07.

 

For me RS3 has been too much to swallow. 07 is around the time where I stopped actively playing so I'm much more familiar with the older game so that's why I play 07. If you're open to new things I imagine the content of RS3 would be more worth divulging in.

 

You're better off waiting for legacy (which comes out the end of this month as beta) before coming back to the game for good.

 

Suggest ot wait till Legacy comes then decide =)

 

I like RS 3, I just don't really like the New Interface System because my computer does not get along with it at all.

I'm looking forward to trying the Legacy beta and seeing if the interface change cures my woes. Honestly though I'd rather play EoC in the old Pre Rs-3 interface.

As for 07, it's great. I love 07. The player designed content is actually really cool (such as Rooftop Agility, which has actually made me enjoy the skill a bit).

07 just has that common feeling, and the community is pretty good.

Honestly, I'd just do both. Can't go wrong. The content is massive in RS 3, and I'll never complete all of it, despite being a player of 9 years already.

07 is great for familiarity and doing things the old way that you can't do in Rs 3 anymore.

Legacy or 07, rs3 is just boring imo.

Don't do it, Runescape is a trap and will suck you in for the rest of your life.

I was off it for 8 months STRAIGHT! I was so proud of myself.. till a couple months ago

 

rs is addictive, so if u can maybe not the best idea to get into it esp if u know u will get addicted.

But if u get bak into it, I prefer 07 especially if ur an old time player

 

I will play oldschool, for now. Wait big RS3 update and then choose which RS you like. New RuneScape is with a lot of new items, and you need better pc for it. Old is without G.E and new/beautiful graphics.

 

I would say wait for legacy and give it a shot. If that doesn't work out, you should try 07 then.

 

Waiting is the best option. I however think RS2007 is the better choice

 

rs2007 is the best choice imo

 

I personally think that putting legacy into play for RS3 is going to help so much. But at the same time RS3 has been to much for me and I like to play 07 for pking.

Pking is my favorite thing to do. Luckily when legacy comes out i have a 99 range 99 hp account that I want to reset the defence on.
