  I am Jmitch1992/kadabras/penance I am no threat to the community so please do not instantly ban me. every account I have had didn't have a single accusation against me (From someone that i scammed) The ban resulted from someone who saw me selling an account and assumed it was the same one that i had already sold because of similar stats. I have had only succesfull trades between all of the accounts. even have shown proof of finishing off trades after a ban was resulted.
  
  I was very close to a pardon, had shown proof of contacting the buyer and that no scam had ever taken place. I was asked to offer to give him the gp back in order for him to return the account, After doing so he explained that he had put alot of work onto the account and then sold the account to someone else. (showed proof of the above) and after that I was asked to get something else from him which i can't for the life of me remember after trying to contact him again he didn't respond and have yet to see him on skype again since.
  
  didn't feel right giving 100m to the community when I hadn't scammed anything. without even recieving donor status. But like I said i do want a clean slate and if there is absolutely no other way to do so I would be willing to give the 100m.

you can Merge with other. but I was wondering if it would be possible to give the 100m that i was accused of Remove my DNT and then if after doing research it is discovered that I never scammed, reimburse it or give donor rank either would be fine. honestly id rather have donor i assure you I am not a threat to the community.

can u give me an example of proof like what do I need to show you. the second account I tried to sell is now 90 att 99 83 def and several other skills that are higher

this one was the first one I sold selling level 96 zerker pure 99 strength!

this one was the second one that i was attempting to sell Selling level 98 zerker pure ~ 99 STR 94 MAGE ~

screen shots are all there the one that i sold i no longer have access to to show because it was sold. the second one now has a hell of alot higher stats as of now because it never sold (now 90 attack 99 str 83 def 91 mage 99 fletching and alot of other stats because it later became an account i played on all the time). if u look here convo 1 — Postimage.org when i was asked to contact the buyer it's username is [email protected] the second account that I have's username is [email protected]

the accounts do have the same ban date but that is only because i was botting on them at the same time and they both were banned at the same time. I dont know if ur able to contact mootrucks he was the one that did my training on the account that i was accused of recovering. maybe he still has chat logs from a year ago? i tried looking for them but couldn't find them. I may have asked for training through pm's but if he was able to find it maybe he could see that the account he trained to 94 mage was the second account.

the only thing that i could really come up with is the vouch that mootrucks posted here said he was in the process of getting me 94 mage. http://i68.tinypic.com/2zgas69.png it was posted june 26th 2016 which is the same date that i posted the other one to sell. yet the pictures of when it sold still shows it at 87 mage selling level 96 zerker pure 99 strength! which you can assume it was 87 mage when it finally sold because pictures never changed you would have thought id have updated it to get more buyers, and why would i try to sell an account that someone is supposedly in the process of working on.
at minimum if that proves that it was a different account that proves that I had more then 1 zerker pure

alot of the stats seemed similar because I did all the required levels on both accounts with the mind set of getting barrows gloves at 45 defense. im also selling another zerker on this account with much lower stats.

Also please look at the vouches here jmitch1992s vouches look at how many times i sold someone an account, bought an account or even had people train me. (the accounts i bought i ofcourse could not recover my self). Yet out of all those times no one accused me of recovering an account from them. All I was doing was buying accounts from extremely trusted people at a decent price getting free training or cheap training and re selling the accounts for a profit. occasionally putting work into it my self or even creating the accounts my self and building them to where i wanted before selling. Out of all my accounts that I have created even after being banned for it no one has ever accused me of scamming them. i don't feel like people would just look the other way. its not a question about weather someones account that i bought was recovered by the person i bought it from because no scam report against me was ever filed. its a question about weather or not that was the same account that i was selling after already have sold it.

 

Interesting conversation you posted, post full proof of you selling the account to that user with time stamps.

You are going to need more proof then telling me two different logins / you will need proof they are two different ones.

 

I do not have full proof of the original conversation of where i sold the account. i logged onto the skype i used at that time and the conversation was no longer there. same with the conversation between me and mootrucks. I assume skype message history is only kept for a certain period of time and that was back in 2016. there anything else that i am able to do?

 

Feel free to contact Mootrucks, and see if he still has the conversation / can verify the accounts are different. Because at the moment, they are 100% the same to me, but I am open for proof they are not the same if you can provide it.

 

I did that this morning asking if he had any chat messages from me in 2016 so i could show the proof but he said no, and then sent me a screen shot :/

EDIT: I found this zerker pure question i was asking about one of my zerkers yet mootrucks got me 75 attack and 99 str before he did mage yet i claimed to have 94 mage 60 attack 90 strength. is that any proof?

I assure you I am not a threat to the community. Even willing to pay the $100 that I was accused of scamming knowing that I didnt, Just for a fresh start because I know overtime I could make more then that.

 

None of that is proof, and if proof is not shown you will have to just admit they are the same account to move forward / repay any scam debts you owe.

 

I don't want to admit to something that I for sure didn't do and at one point I had the information where I could have recovered but i no longer do. it was given to him in a notepad and then deleted. either way I wouldn't want to just recover the account now that there is no other way, especially since he sold it to someone else how ever I do not mind paying the $100 that I was accused of scamming like i said from the start. I work full time, married have 2 kids the money i make from sythe is extra money and i love to play rs in general so it is fun for me and ik overtime I would make my investment back, Have had nothing but succesfull trades thus far except the few times where i was newer and had been scammed.

ive donated several times in the past and planned to donate more in the future i would just have to wait a little longer before doing so again. i love the community and have made alot of new friends and I don't want people to think i have scammed in the past if i truly haven't so it is hard to admit that.

 

Sure, feel free to pay back your debts. That is still the same account, and you will fully need to admit to your mistakes, or this pardon will be denied.

 

okay, I recovered the account fully admit to my mistakes wont happen again and I am very sorry I am no longer a threat to the community and have had many succesful trades in the past and wish to continue. Who would I need to give the 100m to?
