How they scammed: never gave me gold and is keeping payment

He has a negative balance for winning like 2/5 disputes he opened in 2017. Think it works out to about $38 USD. Told him to repay those before we'd continue with his new order. Now here he is, ready for what is likely not his first Sythe ban.
