Jimsky88's High Pardon - After 1 Years Later :(

Now, let’s get down to business:

Hello all, It’s Jimsky88 ; I am here to ask a 2nd time pardon . I have been banned from this Sythe for more than 1 year. as ban vading . Tbh i missed it very much .I did the first pardon but got denied , I do relised That i still have something missing which need to make up.

Here I also would like to give a briefly introuduction of my history.

Background of the Company:
I went to a gold company-BBL (Yeah ,same like questguy) on March of 2011 worked as a sales-manager there .Later i registered on sythe in April. 2011. Including me and questguy , There are 5 workers in my department (2 of them left like one month later) during my time there. Obviously, we do not pay much attention on the IP issue. We all share the same IP. We all got temporarily banned when one of us is banned for fake vouching. We don’t know what to do when we were banned. The lack of guidance on how to deal with this issue isn’t correctly instructed, leading to the bad result of later evasion that I don’t really know what is it about at that time. The ban was supposed to be lift 3 months later, it turns out we were all permanently banned.

My Part.
I want to say that I am requesting a pardon here as an individual, on my own behalf. I don’t even know how many accounts that other workmates have created during that time when I was still working for the company. I went to mmoexchange (Rsbots.net) to start my business during the first 3 months and I did make a wonderful job. I came back later with reputable name which is Jimsky88. I did have a very good start here on Sythe and got to know a lot of users, even some HQ ones. I then was banned for evasion because my worker was banned for evasion for sharing the same Skype with another banned workmate who had left the company already. And Later Questguy banned as well. Honestly, this is kind of face-palmed. I can’t just be banned for something that I didn’t even do and I can do nothing about the ban. I childishly went to dispute my ban which got denied eventually. Later Me and Questguy left the company at the same time .(Because bank-rupted) and I went to my rented house and have thought about all this stuff. Honestly, at that time, all I have is anger. Why I have to be punished for something that I didn’t even do and this is so unfair. I created another account-Chaotic Eric which I didn’t used much and told dave to have it banned. I managed to get in touch with Sythe staff and I luckily got Matt and N4N0. They told the nature of my mistake that I have made. Only at that time had I realized that what a significantly wrong mistake that I have made which is ban evasion. I didn’t do anything on the last account since then and began to leech on the Sythe community ever since. I read all the rules and stickies. I know I can request a pardon to be voted. I then have been working on that. I filed a pardon thread later which was denied by FireZ on his discretion. I know I still need to do more to be trusted the staff team and welcomed by the whole community.

My Contribution & Devotion

1. Being Active.
I have only been active here on Sythe in Nov 2011. I have to allocate the time among getting ready for marriage and business well. I have been very active after Nov.. I spend like 2-3hours a day on Sythe for the single purpose of getting to know this community well and catching more evaders & offsite scammers. I have read all the new thread in the following sections like Sythe.org News, Community General, Suggestions. I have seen all the promotions, the competitions and the offsite offending and evader rule changes. I have also known that there is a member called who is very active during that time that I can see a new thread every day when I open up Sythe.org. I really do want to participate in all of this as well.

2. Being helpful.
It’s very easy to catch offenders at first but it proved to be hard later. In order to check the user’s posts or threads, you have to be logged in which I can’t. I tried every method to possibly find this info (even used friend account to log in check which I know is not right  ). Believed or not. I have read most of the scam reports on Sythe , Powerbot and mmoexchange ,as u know some of them did offsite scam . I did catched the evaders & offsite scammers and send them to rspord/tbt/ etc on skype.Meanwhile as an gold mercheant I did share some experience with sythe members with buying/selling etc and scammer information as well ( email/skype/msn ) etc .

I think I also got around 100 Vouchs on sythe in a short time before ban evade .

I am fairly reputable on mmoexchange before mearged to ogrr site ( Was No#1 Trader there with 4K+ 100% Feedbacks ). Meanwhile I am still top trader on powerboat ( with 2.5K Feedbacks ). I am also a major Gold Merchant in RS blackmarket. I have handled more than 3 Tri+.(I am not joking ! ) I have been trusted by a lot of reputable Sythe users as well. ( R2 Even going first 5B to me in one trade ) . I know there is something that we can’t do because there are rules for everything. But we can make up for it. During this time, I did a lot of transactions with Sythe members , I trust them and being trusted by most of them. They all turn out to be great deal.



Something about Me IRL :

I am a very upstanding person; I am honest and very diligent. I have a dry humor though, or I might have got to know some staff. I am 27 years old , not young anymore . Last year I finshed my aim for getting a house .This year is very special to me as well . I moved to my howetown ( Huangshan) in March .New life ,New surroundings which I had to adjust it . meanwhile I had to get well prepare for mine coming marriage . Sometime I had to go home to help my family to do some farming job when they are busy ,especially in the coming june / july ( Harvest season ) .Now I move back to Hefei ( Which I used to work ) again ,getting engated with my wife . I do do hope this year can be as good as last year .

I have been doing this for 2 years since I graduated from college. Believe it or not , I used to work at usfine company as an customer Rep for 2 more years . Later I quit for personal reason. And I back to rs at 2011 after free trade open . Then I was invited to BBL company and have the chance to know sythe/powerboat/mmoexchange sites .and focus most of time on it . I have benefited a lot from those, especially communion. I know what customer think and like . I am also more mature now. This mature doesn’t mean that I know how to act correctly as a human being. Instead, it’s more about the internet world. I have never been in forums or community like this before, so I have no idea what is a mod and admin and all that stuff and also all these rules. And I know now that I can’t regard everyone as an honest guy, you have to be realistic to protect yourself.


Ending words:
I do understand that I have committed severe offences which were against the rules of Sythe.org but no one is perfect in the world and life is about making mistakes and learning from them. Everyone should be given a second chance especially when it’s not fatal.
