It seems almost positive he is scamming by showing spawned items with the beta world, as you can see he editted out chatbox messages which was probably the server saying "This is the beta world so your profile cannot be saved" or something along those lines since a player's bank doesn't save based off of what they've done on the beta world.

At the very least he should be forced to show proof of stock to a sythe.org staff member.

Also in all honesty, it looks as if the spacing in his inventory with the partyhats might be a bit off/editted as well.

It's also INCREDIBLY unlikely for someone to have only partyhats with no other items, on top of the fact that there's only 3 people who I believe have those partyhats, 2 of them being staff and the other person being True Test who I know for a fact this person isn't (True Test has 9 phats or something like that?)... This player only has 3 partyhats, no items or cash, incredibly fishy and probably fake/spawned.
