Ice Bullet? Wtf? You would think once it's fired it would melt. Someone care to explain?

 

The reason people say this is because in the body; there was no bullet found. People believe an ice bullet was used, and that after it penetrated Kennedy, it melted. You'd think it would melt from the firing of the sniper its self, but I think it couldn't melt until it penetrated.
