    Once you close an open dispute on PayPal, you lose your money. You can't reopen a closed dispute. For future reference, you should never close your dispute until you get your money back. Nor should you try to claim unauthorized payment because you were naive and sent it as a gift.

    I understand this, i am new to the whole buying accounts thing, but is there no justice?
    He hasn't tried to contact me, hasn't tried to refund, hes got $50 and his account still...

    it takes 2 minutes for a refund to come back , i have had a Rsgp website refund me and it takes 2minutes , goodluck on getting your $50 back mate

    yeah , it doesnt take hours or days to just send $50 or even to refund it and i think the Mods know that im sure all of them have used paypal before, try to inbox a mod that is online to get there attention.

    Well, i don't know why you would close the dispute without asking anyone.
    I know that refunds can take some time as i have witnessed it countless times. Thats why i decided to wait a bit.

    He blocked you on skype as well so i'm just gonna go ahead and ban him.
