2FA Authenficator Removal

I created that thread because I can't access my Acocunt anymore because I resetted my Phone and don't get the Code from the Google Authenficator anymore.

You also need to post from a home IP connected to your account.

 

@Fozufv That isn't a home IP or the email connected to your account. What's the account you're trying to remove 2fa from?

 

No exact IP match but the IPs on the two are similar.

Whyx it has no phone number? Why then I need a Code?

I wanted to reset my password and get nothing!

 

Having a number linked to your account and the 2fa phone security are two different things. We don't see the number connected to the phone used for 2fa, but we can see if you put your number on your Sythe account.

 

I'm just gonna go ahead and deny this...
