Jayyem scammer ( dont pay for his powerleveling services)

I would like jayyem banned , i have done powerleveling jobs for him


70 range and 50 defence on deadman and 50 thieving. He changed password at end of the process and never paid wath he had to paid me.

He jsut deleted me from skype after work done doesnt gave any money for the service.
