Briefly explain the trade: Mills trade, I went first he did not send payment.
How they scammed: Did not send paypal payment after I gave gold in game.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:

Trade method: 50M -> $60 -> 50M etc.

It will be done in increments every time. I will not buy the 300M in one transaction. I will also not go first. If your paying OMM fee's then fine.

unfortunately, we have no proof thats his Runescape account, however, He does confirm basically the payment ingame,

I think you can show the email address if you click on profile whilst on paypal.
