Reporting Brainsmith as a scammer!

Hey,

I thought that I was going to buy a steam account from Brainsmith... It turned out I was wrong. After I have send him the money, he said that I had to put a special note in the paypal payment and he said that he refund the money and I have to send it again, correctly this time. But... the problem is, I have not got that refund. It was a lie.

We talked with the use of mails. His email is [email protected]. I tried to pm him but he did not answer.
