Jamrspins - Banned for no reason (3rd time)

Hi, I was just in the process of getting unbanned from another one of the Mod Team's mistakes and another mod felt it necessary to intervene and ban me for "insulting the staff".

Now I was banned for saying "stupid" to nobody. That's to say I did not directly insult anyone, as I did not wish to disclose the identity of the Mod that gave me a wrongful infraction for instance. Now I don't see how accusing a person of having a lack of judgement once can be considered "excessive cursing, insults, and/or derogatory comments towards another user".
Ignoring the fact I did not refer to any user. Ignoring the fact that I was banned at the time.

I don't expect my offence to be lifted, I'm just addressing the lack of empathy and care in how some of you guys deal with things. If someone can get banned twice for doing nothing wrong, then a third time just for expressing his frustration over the matter, then clearly something isn't right there.

Granted I did not respond in the most professional matter, but I did not insult any such person beyond using the term "stupid" in a general sense to address the lack of judgement in place - because that's exactly what stupid means, just another word. I know no-one feels insulted, that isn't the issue here, n4n0 knows that.

Really, it just comes down to a matter of power abuse, and more wrong-doings, I can't even see how I could have received 1 infraction point for "Flaming" let alone a 3 day ban.

If you guys want to be treated in a professional manor, then you should consider acting in one. I seem to be a mistake magnet. I've never received a single apology for wrong-doings, hell even when I was about to get unbanned for your mistake I didn't receive an apology. I just get the sense that it's impossible for a mod to make a mistake in your mind, they can't have a lack of judgement.

If I do nothing wrong, keep to myself, insult no-one, support Sythe, I get banned multiple times. In those bans are wrong-doings, whether intentional or not, yet no mod's get penalised even if there were to be a sense of ego and/or misjudgement in place.

But it's whatever right, I'm clearly criminal of the century now, thanks for making mistakes and in turn causing me problems, the moderation team has my apology for over-reacting because most of you do a good job of it.

 

IMO "some of you mods are so damn stupid it's unreal" in response to a mistaken ban doesn't warrant a 3 day ban

 

I don't think he should be temp banned over that.
