After vouching for/posting on Randomguy's threads he went inactive until he returned after both James and Sasuk3 were banned, and it seems he's been using VPN IPs:

Not 100% sure but he vouched before Randomguy's other profile, so it's unlikely that after obtaining a legitimate vouch that Randomguy would then decide to vouch himself, meaning James83 was more than likely a self vouch as well, and the bottom IP on his audit is definitely a VPN, coupled with his significant inactivity after vouching for Randomguy.
