Hi, I am posting this on behalf of a friend who has tried multiple times to get his account back after a self-requested ban.
A little over a month ago he was hacked, to my knowledge it was via MSN. In all this time James has not received a single message to suggest the hacker had scammed someone, neither has the Sythe "Report a Scammer" Forum.
Now as you can see from the first Dispute, Cosrob felt it was necessary to assume the hacker had managed to scam anyone without looking into the matter, which blatantly wasn't the case anyway.
To my shock his second attempt was quite simply ignored.
Now I've known and traded GP with James now quite a while, and he's definitely one of my favorite people to trade with, and I would consider him one of the very trustworthy people on Sythe. Even after being banned, I've still continued to trade with him, he has remained truthful and honest. For this reason I felt it was necessary to follow his self-requested ban appeal up because there is absolutely no reason James' or my mind as to why he is still banned, and no reason has been given as to this; it's there for everyone to see, a neglected appeal.
I don't think people should have to wait a month to get unbanned simply because they happen to have the courtesy to request a ban when they feel their account security may be compromised and consequently could become a danger to the community.
TL;DR: No-one was hacked, James2012 needs to be unbanned.
