Explanation of the trade: I was supposed to buy 130M from him, in 25M increments, at .78/M via paypal. I sent the first incriment of $19.50 USD and then he went silent and deleted me. I disputed the funds shortly after with paypal.
Amount scammed: $19.50
How they scammed: I told him I didn't mind going first via 25M increments at $19.50 USD via paypal because paypal normally has good coverage for getting scammed by a seller. I sent the first increment amount first and he never responded.
