Ios 6.1.3 can't be jailbroken, you're SOL :/

Bump! Is there a way to revert the firmware and then jailbreak it? Trying to get internet off it ( Stuck with Hotel wifi, My 3g is faster. Hoping to find a way around the crappy hotel wifi. )
