That picture would be edited... why would you use a program to autofight, why not a script?

Because a bot IS a script, just with a GUI. A bot is a compiled script, another language compared to Pascal/Scar, Proboably writtwen in C++

You can simply just edit a virus scan pic very well. You can just scan a clean file and change the name at the top...:/.
