    JaGeX doesn't have a Toll-Free Number, all you can do is email them. They aren't like PayPal.

    Yeah, Jagex doesn't have a Toll-Free Number. They never answer their emails either so you're screwed.

    send them an email to parent support or something like that, I did it once trying to help a banned friend lol and they did answer me.
