Jagex's Banning System?

Im am very new to jagex's new banning system the points and the red/orange/green zone crap.

Could someone take a few moments and explain like how many black marks get into what zones and what makes a perma ban?

I know botting and getting caught is 10 black marks i believe, then if you bot again? Do you get perma banned? Banned for how many days? Or what?

I think the higher you are in the zone, the more inclined they are to ban you. I may be wrong.

 

pesoranlly i have ahd 103.94 black marks out of 10 and i was i.p banned for 1 year.....but then my dad got new inter net and i started i neww account i bot generally 3 hours a day and 0.00 black marks btw the lest you get is 1 hour mute or a 3 day ban or 10 hour ban ....but max it ip ban

As far as i can remember, Jagex doesn't ban I.P's.
Though, my knowledge on this is rather ancient.

 

Im 100% sure jagex COULD ban ip's but only if you hack ther website/massive bug abuse etc etc shit like that.

 

Jagex does ban IPs if you're a repeat offender.
My autoer had 91 woodcut and has now been banned.

 

they used to chain ip ban using ip's they no longer do so.
to my knowledge they don't ip ban but even if they did it's simple to have your ip changed they can't block your host.
