Hmmm ok. Well that's some good news then, if it's essentially frozen instead of outright hacked.

That would seem to give you a ray of hope then that you can ultimately get it back without it having been touched.

But yes, chalk one up again to Jagex's shitty customer support. It is truly appalling how terrible it is.

I will try to research some ways to help you get it back, I tried sending them a ticket recently and couldn't for the life of me figure out how. Whole support system just blows.

i am the original owner, and used to share with my buddy in 2004 lol.

My appeal got denied for no reason in their system, so let's hope this works

 

i had a similar issue before with my osrs main where i couldn't recover and it was stuck locked, but i had received help from mod jane iand it got manually recovered by her back when there was support by email. not this message center bullshit.

 

Yea, try twitter. Jagex only seems to help you if you're a famous youtuber or manage to go public with your problem.
