Jagex locks my accounts - HELP

I understand but these accounts wasn't mules.
It was trained upto level 50-60, One of them was level 86!

 

Ahh bingo. Trained by yourself/workers on same IP and device, or was it shared?

If shared - then it's obvious why. Especially if the other party (eg: powerleveler) accesses hundreds of accounts on the same device or network.

Also, were they registered to the same email account?

My latest theory is that jagex carry out manual checks on accounts which have the same email linked to them (after a particular amount). I started noticing this pattern when i was hooking up 10+ accs per email.

Yes same email accounts. Including my main account with quest cape and max melee stats. Which is working fine.

 

Ok the last thing i have in mind is, were you multi logging and training them at the same time? Just like how some people do at nmz.

Jagex don't like this as they see it as 'account farming'.

 

Nop. I never multi log accounts. If i do. These are on different worlds and not for farming or training just for transfering gold or something

 

The one last thing I can think of is if the gold came from a dodgy source. Maybe somebody sold you hacked gold, or gold obtained from carded (fraud) bonds.

This happened to me once but they placed a 'manual ban' not a lock so it's unlikely, but still another possiblity

Apart from all the possiblities I've mentioned I'm unsure man :c

I had a similar situation and took literally 2 weeks to get my main back. I had to post on twitter and reddit to finally get a response and have someone on JagexSupport (on twitter) assist me. Try doing that.

I would just keep trying it. Do you have any particular transaction information and card information? I really don't see how they won't reset based on that information alone seeing as it's sensitive data. Just keep trying, and let us know what happens.

 

You should send in a Ticket to jagex via email and get a response from a Jagex Moderator directly.

 

I would say change ip and mac ip maybe?,thats what i did.

 

Wow, that sucks man, but I don't think you're going to be able to get that account back
