Jagex have returned the Perm ban's!

okay so basically i bot..

one of my accounts i had allready got a few 99's on from botting (not even auths) i got away with, but i got a auth from rsbotting for hunting and i got 1-90 in roughly a week and a half. So after i finally got 90 hunt i got PERMANENTLY BANNED!

and on my main i botted 75-85 hunt and received a 14 day banned? wtf is going on
 
its really not a surprise from jagex. jagex is just fucking ridiculous with bans and everything else. i barely play runescape anymore because of all their stupid shit. i can honestly say lol that runescape isn't worth playing anymore.

but i'm sorry to hear about your ban lol.
 
They did. I just got banned last night, it was actually for hunting as well.
 
could it be just hunters ?
 
note: i was botting about 7-12hours a day, but i suggest people to stop the botting now, Fagex like to fuck around with everyone so all botters get several accounts members (there income) and then now they release the perm ban's again
 
i know i will get flamed when i bring my opininion over here but w/e :P
i'm a fan of instant perm ban for any botters :)
I've never botted (apart from autoclicking a few alchs) and i've always been annoyed by seeing botters standing in my way and getting tons of cash by doing nothing :P

nah lol your right, i only started botting because i saw the chance to bot. once i heard about the new 14day-21day-perm banned system, it clicked in my mind to bot! and boom fml gf money that paid for auth + account.
 
Temp bans are still here, they will be here for a long time. They are only perm banning hunting offenders because they are trying to clean up the skill. Every hunter item has crashed and burned and the reason is greedy botters selling all of the items at lowest just to make there cash fast. I'm not saying botting is bad, because I bot. But if we didn't fuck up the economy so bad then Jagex wouldn't do shit like this.

Botted hunter from 74 to 88 and babysat the bot about 70% of the time it ran. Banned this morning, permanently.

In all honesty, that was the first time I EVER botted on the account. Is Jagex seriously banning me permanently for that? For the severity of the offence, I'd consider a fourteen ban the perfect amount. Would have stopped me from botting hunter again, or any skill for that matter. Pushing on a 1900 total and I get hit with this shit?

you knew you risked a perma ban by botting so why moan?

its seriously annoying when people complain about the consequences, you should have thought before you botted.

im not saying don't bot, i bot but i know i stand a risk of a permaban on my main.

Well to be honest, I knew the risk. But the risk of me getting banned relative to all those lvl 3 and lvl 6 botters running 24 hours a day was MUCH lower. And the wording on my account made it seem as if I had a large track record of botting. Said that due to the number of offences in my past, I'd received a permanent ban.

In the message I got, it told me that it was my first offence of the nature and to not worry. Then it said that my account is at risk if I continue my behavior. It's literally as if they decided to switch from 14 day bans to perm bans overnight and forgot to switch the rest of the stuff that goes with the bans like the messages.

And for the record, people that bother to post just to ridicule or berate posters complaining about something major are essentially just as annoying as the original poster. Not to mention, I didn't know the consequences. I read on here on many occasions that it was officially 14 days, then 21 days, then perm ban.

And honestly, this is probably a blessing in disguise. I've been trying to quit for years and finally it can happen because of the ban. Too bad no one really wanted to buy it before I started botting...
