    Just use the billing support option they provide on the website, they send you a message in couple hours via your game inbox.

    Well, on the weekdays, it usually took them between 1 hour and 1 hour and a half to reply to my message. Haven't really got in touch with them on the weekends. Not sure if it's any different though
