Jagex bans Proxies or IP's

Quick question, if you log in under a proxie, get IP banned (never know) will it ban your actual IP number or just the proxie? Just wondering so if you get IP banned can you still play runescape under a proxie.

No. The proxies will either work or don't work. Jagex can cut through some proxies and get your actual IPs, but if you use a really good SOCK4 or 5 proxy tehy'll never get your real IPs. If you are able to proxy RS, they'll just get another IP and they won't even ban you for proxying. But proxy before logging into your important accounts if you break rules on other accounts. I recommend using Vidalia & TOR.
