well in these case i thing they have some sort of keylogger that records everything we type?

Obviously not everything we type. Just anything that is typed into the RS window..

It is not illegal for them to look at what you type in the chatbox if you don't press enter.

It is there game and by typing anything or move your mouse over the window you are using it and they have a right to use that data any way they want.



The only three logical choices to explain this are:

1. They look at what is typed in the chatbox for key words combinations such as "gold" and "shop" together. If it gets flagged it submits the that to jagex to review.

2. They really wanted to ban you for some reason, so they looked for all accounts ending in ES with a bank pin, 75m stack, and those two items and only found yours.

3. Jagex has got placed a jmod into a moderator spot on Sythe or a sythe mod is informing to jagex in exchange for free membership or their own plea deal. Honestly I can't see how anyone would be suprised if jagex got a jmod into sythe as a moderator as we have lots of pmods in here and it will swing both ways. If we can get modded on runescape they can get modded on sythe.

The third choice is highly unlikely as way more people would have been banned for selling already but I eventually see a jmod getting to be a sythe mod and I can honestly see jagex working on this at this very moment.

The thing is, don't the TOS of Sythe forbid any Jagex employee from visiting/registering on the site?

 

And.. so? Should admins now go and check all users that they aren't working for jagex?

 

i always thought that, so eh i guess it could have been bad luck, wrong place wrong time situation. and yeah, i fucking lol'd someone has changed the pass on an account thats level 3 and banned.
