Jagex Are Messed Up

Got this a few weeks ago, i was permenatly banned for scamming. Before this offence i only had 1.3 blackmarks. Here is the evidence of me scamming. As you will read i never bloody scammed ANYONE!!!!! Didnt even use offensive language nothing!!!!!! Didnt even have a last chane appeal. So i sent an appeal and 2 weeks later i was un-banned. Shows how messed up Jagex are by using there automatic bots to respond to people. Pathetic. Pics:
