Won't help recover an account

Let us know if you are unsuccessful. Since you purchased them under a month ago the seller will certainly have to help you get them back or refund you if that cannot happen.

I'm reviving this report because it seems the account was sold to you and another user. Was @Zegunnaz the person who sold it to both of you?

 

Yes, that's the person who advertised the same discord to me on Facebook as he does here on Sythe (and claiming to be the owner of it) so I have to assume its the same person. If you see the chatlogs on facebook in the original post, he wouldn't give me his Sythe saying this would have no power here since it didnt happen on Sythe, so I had to try and find him myself.

He never admitted his mistake to me either, for whatever reason. I had to find out myself and in the process I lost a sale/money since I had to get a replacement for the person I sold this to in order to keep my rep intact.

Now that I think of it, it kind of shits me to think that he said it might of been my customers fault saying my customer might of changed the pass after receiving it and then claim he didnt get it, when he knew all along he fk'd up selling it to 2 people.

The whole thing had me completely blindsided and confused.

 

The account was sold to you, then I forgot and sold it to someone else then 3 weeks later u come to me saying info is wrong and I made the wrong assumption. You got the account back and the other party is happy with the refund that I gave them for the inconvenience @Superfluous

 

Okay, so that's definitely worthy of a DNT. You can't sell something to one person and then sell the same thing to another. I also don't see how you could sell the same account twice without recovering it in between.

I spoke to big bad @video about this, and we feel that the account is unsafe and @Al D should be refunded in full. @Zegunnaz please issue this refund and Request a Pardon. If this was an honest mistake it should hopefully pass quickly.

Thanks for the adjudication, but this is not just about his mistake but also the way he goes about it and his attitude in general. After his first response (within 5 minutes of responding here) here his immediate thought was to send me a troll message, "How did the sythe report go "

Like what the hell? Why is the first path chosen when dealing with an issue, the troll path? How am I to believe if his admittance is a genuine sorry when it was directly after trolling?

If it wasn't for his absolutely horrible attitude and customer service from the very beginning, I wouldn't take as much offence. You can tell been a nice person is serious work for him but his rotten natural nature always comes out.

It's a big contrast to myself, when someone comes to me for help I do everything in my power to give it.

It's also interesting to see him coddling your favour Superfluous here by giving respectful responses but on Facebook I got anything but.

I'll give the account back, as for the refund it can go to community repayment - I don't want it. Total paid was $60 for 2x accounts so it would be a $30 refund.

Edit: I've given him the account, email change request sent to him and gave him acc info. I've also told him to send my refund to community repayment if you will accept it.

My approach to the situation was you message me four weeks later after sale without securing detail of the account my first thoughts are this is pretty sketchy then you tell me you sold the account but didn’t check if the login worked before sale was sketchy about that, then u refuse to talk to a admin from the service you brought it from, so correct I may of trolled u within reason I had suspicions that it could of been a scam, then I still gave you the details to recover.
1 day later the other owner messaged me saying it got recovered I ask for details realise I double sold and instantly ask him what he would like and he choose a refund which I gave him instantly.
With you already having the account I thought that was it of the situation dealt with.
im happy to pay whatever back to whoever because I made a mistake.

 

Again with the victim blaming.

 

I wasn’t blaming you, I just said these were my reasons behind my actions and I was mistaken hence why I’m compiling to the refund ??? Not just gonna let you say all that stuff without giving my reason of think

 

Maybe you're unaware of its meaning,
"Victim blaming occurs when the victim of a crime or any wrongful act is held entirely or partially at fault for the harm that befell them."

But to address them anyway,
1. The market I sell through has an automatic account delivery system that holds the account info for me - I don't choose when customers buy they do it at random times whenever they like. I cant just check before sending.. I simply trust the account is safe and fine as I do with all of my accounts.

2. I'm not going to be bothering admins who might be bias against me when I am not as active there as you are, and who also don't have the same dispute resolution experience as mods here. I'd much prefer guaranteed experience and sense filled adjudication.

Bonus:
"then I still gave you the details to recover." - like you're some sort of messiah going out of your way for poor ol' me.. this is expected, not a courtesy.

Your thought processes and outlook is clear, I'm not going to address anything further.
