Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Ban evading is false and I never ban evaded, I tried signing up for Sythe one day and it wouldn't let me thus I assumed I was banned.. I was a stupid young kid at the time so bear with me. I did have an account on Hackforums not to hack anyone.. But to mostly talk about runescape involving topics. Im still surprised that I was banned for "blackhat" when I never hacked anyone, I even have a reputable service on Sythe where I have never scammed or hacked anyone as well. I have over 175+ positive feedback on Powerbot as well if that also matters.

Your ban isn't for evasion, it's for your desire in purchasing a hacking packet back on hackforums a few years ago.

that being said, it was back in 2010 so I'm fine with an unbanning/support this going to a vote

Since the activity was from so long ago, I wouldn't have banned for it.
