Seriously though, I don't have any proof other than many online users reporting more energy and strength in the gym when not fapping, and less strength/energy after fapping.

 

Masturbation/sex lowers testosterone and fatigues you temporarily, as long as it isn't before the gym should be right lol, where's the evidence

I've never lifted for more than 2 weeks, and I've never avoided fap for more than a month so i dont know what im talking about
