That's because those that were involved with the "Trin situation" broke the law. It's like a person robbing a bank and the person shares that stolen money with other people knowing the money is stolen and doing whatever they want with it. Do you honestly think that those people that you claim "didn't really do anything" got banned for no reason when staff did their own investigation in the matter and the information that they gathered led them to believe they were in fact involved? Please, that's like saying that staff just targeted everyone without looking at the evidence and chose to ban anyway without warrant. If you truly believe that, then why are you still a member of this site? Why do you hold any value in any of the staff members to look into all the facts before a ban is lifted or a pardon is approved if you think this is how they do things around here?

As for Jack, He should be banned and be stripped of OMM. Just because he developed this sudden "guilty conscience" after the fact doesn't change what he did. That's like saying, "Btw, I raped someone two yrs ago and I am coming forward to confess but, in the meantime, I was a pillar of the community so, please don't send me to prison because I made amends." Any actions he has done in the meantime thereafter doesn't change the fact that he raped someone. You do the crime then do the time.

Basically, he ban evaded for 2 years and only confessed when it was convenient for him.
