    Guess you really got to camp in the G/E to come across scenarios such as this one, because In all the years that I've been playing RS (7 - 9 years on & off) I've yet too see something like this,
    I wonder what satisfaction they get out of this,
    And I wonder what the penalties are too.

    Yet I think they could better make new updates that have an actual purpose.

    Pretty pointless, as said above they should put more effort into making worthwhile updates, although im sure the people who camp at ge like it as they must be extremely bored.
