itunes tried to scam me

itunes was going to sell me a 4000 Microsoft points code. He was going first as he was less trusted than me. Anyway, he gives me an already used code and claims I used it already. He then threatens to file a scammer report on me. Deserves a ban or TWC at least.

No I didn't :/ Probably should have, but I didn't think it was necessary since he/she was going first.
