I have $15 on my itunes account. Can i use that to buy an itunes giftcard?

As far as I know, once the money's on the account, it can't be used to buy a gift card. I remember somebody else trying this a year or so back and having problems. If you're looking to gift it to somebody else, you may just have to let them use your account.
