Reason I'm requesting removal of my 2FA is because I got a new phone in January and they said all of my data would be transferred over (it wasn't) so I lost all my codes on my auth app and I just haven't logged on since I've been inactive on OSRS/RS3 lately.

Only other proof I can think of is my discord since my vouches thread has proof of my discord username and ID. Jonny's vouches

Unfortunately with the current information given, it is not enough to warrant a 2FA removal. Feel free to make a new post should you remember more information.

If my account can't be recovered then delete the account please so I can make a new one. I can't do that since my email is in use by the account I'm trying to recover.

My discord has been linked and confirmed through your website on my profile and I gave proof that I have access to that discord and the email associated with it. The IP I provided is 15 minutes away from where I currently live, so I don't know what other information to give you.
