   It's a home ip. You know it is, 104.136.72.175 - 104-136-72-175.res.bhn.net - United States - Spectrum - IP address location and data
   
   Even says on every single site it's not a proxy, its the way my router is. It connects me to random home ips randomly
   
   Nothing I can do about it.
