ISP still banned...

    ISP still banned...
    Everytime i try to enter sythe i get this :

    I'm using proxy to make this thread.
    My coockies and everything its cleaned and i still get this...
    Please unban my ip wich is 87.97.232.231 or do something becouse i cant enter the site
