    It's more or less the same, mostly cotton+linen fibers (not paper). And it's not uncommon for a country to decide to adopt the exact same material as another, or like i said, they could just buy the raw material and synthesize it themselves. A few lab tests would reveal the exact raw materials used.

    Incorrect. A lot of countries use unique blends of materials for their currency. Take the Canadian dollar for example. They're not made of cotton or of a plant based material of any kind. It's made of polymer.

    Any country whose currency is worth counterfeiting uses a lot of deterrence methods, including chemically and compositionally unique note material.
